This team is a work in progress, by tourney time we should develop into a cohesive group. Ways to go on defense, and tonight looked like we got stuck in a run driving and shooting instead of driving and sometimes kicking out for 3. Walter's has a long way to go defensively and is a great shooter but not a good penetrator. Too many players are playing as well. We need to get to 8 in our rotation unless there is foul trouble.

I am not mad. I am disappointed. I thought our team was better. They are trying and are working hard. They need to get their act together on defense. I hope they can turn it around.

Refs were not a major problem. Inconsistency is a problem. Stretches where we played defense and stretches where we didn't. Couldn't buy a bucket for 4 minutes at the end of the game. Walter and Missi show tons of promise but both made some frosh mistakes late. All of our guards appeared to become reliant for a lengthy stretch on Missi cleaning up their wild layup attempts.

The big thing this team needs to work on is switching. We got burned multiple times by pick and roll game.
