Moody isn't what it seems.

It seats 10,000 for basketball, but is fitted with 15,000 seats total for concerts. This is an additional upper deck hidden by canvas panels.

Is "canvas panel " UT speak for "tarp"?

And the upper deck that is open for concerts but covered by a tarp for basketball is almost as steep as the upper deck at Foster.
