If you move Texas and OU to the SEC and AZ to B12, then the SEC has the most teams in the Top 25, by one.

Actually, they would be tied with the Big 12. However, if this were the 2024-25 SEC, Texas might not be ranked at all because they do not deserve it and they might end up relegated to middle of the pack in the conference loaded with mediocrities.
