That's two games in a row now where we've gone a significant stretch of the 2nd half w/ ZERO made baskets! I'm trying to wrap my head around that. If we can scratch out just ONE or TWO baskets during those droughts, we're 5-0.

Maybe it's an identity thing? Like, guys deferring on offense and expecting someone else to take over the scoring? Love has been the only guy who consistently seems to want to shoulder the load. And at other points in the season it's been RayJ, but where has he disappeared to!? Ja'Kobe seems to be struggling to get open.

Maybe our guys were just tired.

He needs to do something well. He's not reallly great at anything.

His role is ethereal in nature and that's part of the problem.

He's a good 3-point shooter. I think he needs to dribble/drive less. He's too often out of control and plays too fast. I'd just as soon see him focus on spot-up shooting and leave the attacking to Dennis, Walter and Love.

Texas basically said they weren't going to let Dennis beat them today. And RayJ smartly focused on facilitating for others.

The problem is we don't have enough other scorers right now finish a 40-minute game when the opponent takes RayJ away. We need other guys to step up as scorers.

Haha .this isn't NBA where we can trade mid season or pick someone off the street.

What bigs do you suggest we play that haven't played?

May need to give Everyday Jon more minutes. Anything he does fires up the team and fans, knowing where he's come from. He's everyone's favorite. His emotion could light a fuse. He takes us to a final 4. Hero status.

I'm not sure he alone would be enough to get us to the Final Four but a certainly has the potential to provide a spark.

Just a spark. Hopefully the young guys rally around him to "win one for the gipper!"

I'm late to the party. And I'm loathe to criticize the coaching staff. But two time outs left in the madness of tying the game up. Should've called a TO to get organized.

Josh O simply doesn't understand basketball enough to know in that moment he should be planted at the rim. Why chase up the opposing big to our free throw line just to get taken out of the play? He was the rim protection.

RayJ denying the in bound pass? Hell, let that guy catch the ball going towards his own baseline., meet the ball at half court.
