No? Mack is doing exactly what any AD should and would do here.
It's honestly surprising he is doing it. He gets credit for doing the right thing not special commendation for doing the right thing.

I have complained extensively about Mack, and for reasons I think are valid.
Tonight, however, was one of his better moments.
No...did you hear anything about the Northwestern AD calling out the refs last week when Chris Collins went berserk over a 45 to 8 free throws discrepancy against Purdue?
No you didn't.
Did you watch the press conference? Mack stood up not just for Baylor but the conference. AD's rarely call out refs after a loss..let alone a win..
Same as Mark Cuban when he bought the Mavs getting fined every week saying NBA had to get better officiating

Northwestern could disappear in a giant sink hole and I'm not sure I'd hear about it, though. I'm not sure that's a fair comparison for a Baylor fan.

But they're completely irrelevant athletically. They basically don't exist. Vandy is another example. We're a nationally prominent program, but even if we weren't it's still our program. I assume Northwestern has press conferences after games but I'd never know about what happened in any of them.

He left before the stretch in the 2H where they handed out 3 technicals if I'm not mistaken.
The first technical was in the first half, if I'm not mistaken.
