Not often at all. But you also don't see officials create a 15-point swing out of thin air to turn a double-digit lead into a multi-possession deficit.

That was a truly wild game. I'm just really glad we were able to regain our composure in time to pull out the win. That would have been a really tough game to lose, given all of the factors involved.

There was a play late in the game where he was 3-4 steps onto the court and the officials didn't even warn him about it. That's what sealed the deal that it was full-on incompetence/spite, and not the officials "deciding to enforce the coaches box, as a point of emphasis," as I've seen written in a couple of articles about CSD's ejection.
