There are fewer spots on the floor in the NBA game for Missi than there are for Walter, I think. Not sure how that translates to the draft.

But there are also way fewer players to fill those spots, so it probably evens out. There are a lot of 6-5 wing players who can shoot. There are very few 7-footers who can move with the combination of explosiveness and coordination that Missi possesses.
