Really the entire podcast needs a listen if you are a Baylor fan. Awesome insight into his time at Baylor and then the most comprehensive time Austin has ever told his story.

Drew was ready to kick him off the team after his first year. Apparently he was such a problem as a freshman, he was given an ultimatum with a zero tolerance attachment. Either he clean up his act or he get packing. And it doesn't sound like Drew would have been at all disappointed if he had chosen option B.

Fortunately for us and Isaiah, he chose option A and came back as a much more mature player and better teammate as a sophomore -- and he ended up being a big part of a Sweet 16 team. But I saw podcast after our championship where both Drew and Austin agreed on the details above.
