Wish him the best and want to see him succeed. I've always thought he was a real class act. I was worried after that first year or so that he was going to make OSU relevant again with his ability to recruit. Unfortunately, it doesn't seem that he doesn't have the X & Os dialed in just yet.

He is coach in waiting. Although, I don't recall the coach in waiting ever stepping in except for coach Drew and, I don't know if that was ever his title.
