Guys like this are usually better in year 3 and 4 than the one and done freshman.

I would like us each year to take one 5 Star one and done freshman and one 4 star guy who will play in the system for 3-4 years or more. We take a shot at a superstar freshman and simultaneously build the roster for years to come. Fill in the rest with transfers.

I have noticed that in most of these lists the Big 12 dominated with the SEC a close second. Each of these kids have more Big 12 teams than any other conference, followed by SEC, then everybody else.

Winning a natty will do that for Baylor & having two teams do it in consecutive years will boost a conference (also 3 teams playing for consecutive titles & having teams in the Final Four four times in a row).
