Does anyone have insight on why he isn't getting many minutes? With the injuries we've had to work around (Love, Edgecombe, Roach) and the significant defensive shortcomings on this team I don't understand why you wouldn't give him minutes to see what he has to offer. He can't be any worse on defense than Celestine has been...

I agree we could desperately use his help, but apparently his practice habits or attitude are so suspect that he can't help us this year. He didn't even get in the last game during garbage time.

I also wonder why he doesn't play. If he stays on the bench all season he will hit the portal.

I am curious about him and Yanis, who I am uncertain if he is even medically cleared to play. If there is a way to get either of them on the court, their addition to the front court could make a big difference this year.

I haven't even seen Yanis on the bench the past few games.

He just might not be very good right now

The fact we had walk ons playing and he was still on the bench against Tarleton implies the coaches are sending him some kind of message about either attitude or practice habits or some other peripheral matter. Otherwise, there's not many other explanations why you wouldn't get a highly rated recruit who plays in an area where you need reserve depth PT in games like that.
