The fact that there were individual seats instead of benches, multiple decks and a digital ribbon board in the background gave it away that it wasn't a KU athletic facility.

I wish they'd dressed him in a Bear hat and not the 100-gallon foam.

It does show the progress in our general name recognition across the country that has occurred especially over the last 15-20 years. As recent as the early '00's nobody would've even thought about depicting one of our fans in a national commercial because relatively few people beyond our own alums knew who or what BU was outside of Texas and the Southwest.

being the closing shot to end the CBS broadcast when we won in Lawrence in 2020 while surrounded by blue and red clearly inspired this commercial lol. Top 5 memory

That was me at the Alamo Bowl back in 2011. I had 50-yard line tickets . . . on the Washington side. (Stayed in their official hotel, too!)
