Someone get me Drew's speech to KSU after we beat them.

Unless they made a big trade or signed a couple free agents..looks like they're not a trash team. A team can actually improve during the season.

What's up with Iowa St? This league just isn't that good. Houston is very solid and looks like Arizona's talent might carry but what a missed opportunity.

To be fair , one of things that established teams in this league have are an actual rivalries. K state will get up for an Iowa st game in a way a generic matchup wouldn't. Tcu is junk but they will get up for us in a way they wouldn't for Ok st or Uh.

That's fair but Iowa st at home getting down like that is crazy. Wouldn't be shocked if they come back as I just don't see it with K states talent (even with their Nil spend). They are playing harder though

Iowa State on a roll now. Win or lose for KSU to be up 19 at Ames at any point show's improvement.

Rather they win. They're missing their best player so he'll be sky high for the next game either way. Also would like to see Arizona win the league.

Of course they've been playing without Toppin (and McCasland) since about the 16-minute mark of the first half.

But losing Williams in OT is probably too much to overcome.

Yeah, I figured they were cooked once he and McCasland were ejected.

Much parity in the Big 12 and basketball in general. It makes the game more fun and exciting. You never really know who is going to win a game.

I remember it well. I was fortunate to be at the Baylor game and I remember some of the announcements coming in that day. We did not learn the extent of it until later. This video is a great summation.
