Win either of the home games against Arizona or Houston and we're definitely in the field.

The importance of the Kansas win can not be overstated. That game gave us some margin that we didn't have before it and wouldn't have had without it.

That was a resume-building -- potentially season-saving -- victory in a lot of ways.

Hopefully we'll get another one of those against either Arizona or Houston at home, so we won't have to sweat at all on Selection Sunday.

Let's revisit this conversation a month from now. In the meantime, I'd suggest you take a look at our remaining schedule.

Remaining schedule is easy. This team lost at home to TCU.. there's no guarantees.

I didn't say anything is guaranteed. Just that it's silly to declare that this team has no chance of making the tournament.

All we've got to do is win the games we should -- we've only lost one such game all year -- and we're in the field. This team is certainly capable of doing that. We'll see if it does.

Love getting worked on the boards as expected. Can't believe the staff whiffed on another big. Celestine just can't do it.

Omier is the strongest guy on the court and Vj/ Wright (make lay up's) talent level stands out at court level but this lineup just can't defend or rebound.

If he's not a high D1 player right now, nothing is going to change that. It would be the staff's fault, not the player.

I think we could put him in for a minute or two at times in extremely specific situations to limit the damage while allowing rest. Anything more is probably game over

Even if not High D1, he's on scholarship and should be able to play 5-7 minutes. He's got 5 fouls in him and some charges. Might even have two points and a rebound.
