This is two good defensive efforts in a row. And Colorado isn't bad offensively. They're ranked in the top-50 in the KenPom rankings.

Houston just pounding a pretty good UCF team in Houston tonight. Arizona and Houston are just wagons.

I usually don't like Yessoufou shooting those 3s from the wing, but he's hit two already tonight. If they keep leaving him wide open, he needs to keep taking them.

#3 for CU looks like Bad Bunny and plays like him too.

I'll be interested to see where Carr's NBA stock ends up after this Big 12 season. He's being exposed a little bit IMO. Still a good player, but not the star he looked like during nonconference play.

If I was an NBA GM, I'd feel much less confident using a first-round pick on him now than I would have in December.

I hope the best for him, but his handle is so turnover prone against any halfway decent defender that he's really gonna have trouble creating shots for himself in the NBA. Won't be surprised to see him in college next year at a very high price tag, which will probably mean not with us.

I said this a week or two ago, but we're going to look good against all of the bad defensive teams in the Big 12. That's why I've never subscribed to the idea that we were going to finish 3-15 or worse in conference.

This team isn't terrible. It's just not good enough to score on good defense -- and there are a lot of really good defensive teams in our league.

I will say, I do think the defensive improvement we've seen the last two games could be a game-changer. It kept us in the game at West Virginia, and we're stifling a pretty decent offensive team tonight.

Definitely can tell Agbim feels much more comfortable with his shot when he's playing a true 2. I wish I could go back and find out what Agbim's shooting % from 3 is when Williams is on the court versus when he's not.

He's still a really good player. I hope my post above didn't seem like a knock on him. There are just a lot of really good college players that weren't good enough to be drafted in the first round/make it in the NBA. And I'm less sure now than I was earlier in the season that he's one of those types of dudes.

I think he has an NBA future in some capacity, for sure. But I don't know if he's the sure-fire first-rounder that I believed him to be in December.

Same. Fortunately, that's our default lineup now. That's been a good adjustment by Drew.

We know we aren't one of the best teams in the B12...but we aren't gonna be cellar dwelling either.

I don't have any hope for the next one in Ames...but I'll be curious how we stack up with BYU in Waco and Louisville in Ft. Worth.

Even if we don't win those last two I want to see us look competitive against ranked teams.

Same with me. Not knocking him as a whole. Just saying that's one of the weaknesses he'll likely get judged on, just like there are others who can create without turnovers but have other weaknesses. Either way, he's gonna be an extremely wealthy young man next year from someone, whether it's pro or college.

The first half at Oklahoma State was similar. But we haven't had many halves like that this year.

I like the defense and hustle. I don't like how many times we end up with Williams on one of their bigs down in the paint.. This has happened all season and I can't believe it's part of the switching strategy?
