I only saw most of the 2nd half, but yes, it was the usual Phog Allen 8 on 5 situation. There was a key 2nd half sequence when KU was on a run that one of their players grabbed an offensive rebound and blatantly traveled before laying it in. No call - basket counted. Fran was beside himself calling it out.

Arizona's 23 game winning streak tied Baylor's Big 12 best from 2019-20. Naturally, both streaks were snapped by Kansas: ours in Waco (after winning in Lawrence in January) and theirs in Lawrence.

Maybe one of these days Baylor will have a 22 or 23 game winning streak again.

It's strange, when they showed Arizona's winning streak they said it was the big 12's longest one. I guess they didn't do their homework.

Ku is a weird team. The Peterson situation has hurt their cohesion and chemistry. If he was playing every game most of this season, I think they are right there with Arizona and Houston.

I was really high on the guy in the preseason posts here. I had no idea he would be the reincarnation of Love and Cryer.. first situation I've seen as strange as ours.

Strange. It's not as if 2020 was all that long ago. I had season tickets and went to almost every game. Even the loss to Kansas was a great game. It would have been much better had Jared Butler made the buzzer beater in the final seconds.
