Game really came down to poor defense and bad free throw shooting. Hard to build up momentum versus a very good and talented Texas team. Hopefully we can get the ship back on course

In Norman, we scored our last basket with 4:30 left to go up by 4. Tonight, we scored our last basket with 3:00 left to go up by 6.

In Norman we were outscored 11-2 and tonight 8-1 with the only points coming on FTs.

I agree! I'm not making excuses I'm just saying if we won tonight we would've been closer to winning the championship but now that we lost we definitely won't get it! On top of our guards not playing well, smith and Egbo are too selfish for their shots and even when they aren't making it, they continue to force the issue. Bickle is too passive and needs to score more! She's the only big who actually makes plays! Hopefully we play better against Texas

CNC on post-game Baylor radio blamed the Refs, blamed players missing their D assignments, and even blamed the other team's operations team for "poor planning" which threw Baylor off of its regular game day schedule. Went so far to blatantly state it was "the worst officiating Baylor has experienced this season".

sometimes I wonder if she is in her own head. She knows she is the best player on the court every night. And she knows the team is not deep on the bench & doesn't have as many tools as before so she thinks she has to do it all. It ends up hurting her instead
