Nah LSU was a 20 plus win team last year apparently they just had that bad of a coach. At least that's the vibe I'm getting from some on here. I'm sure she who not be named had nothing to do with their turn around

Also, Blackie not to derail the thread, but If I remember correctly, last time you felt as if I were coming for you after replying to every time "you" quoted me. If you're going to quote me again, I hope that you don't go that route again as if my replies to you are harassing you.
If we can have a civilized back and forth, then so be it.
I don't agree with a poster's opinions on some things, but I don't question their right to have them or to make fun of them. Everyone deserves that much respect on the board, regardless of how much an opinion given in good faith differs from one someone else might have. Much of what is said on these boards concern topics which are highly subjective. That is always going to lead to different opinions usually because different posters are looking at situations in a different manner. Sometimes after consideration of other's opinions I come to the conclusion that I was wrong in my assessment, but making light of someone's opinion or dismissing them out of hand is not a good way to have that discussion that leads to a change in their evaluation of the topic in question.
It's a new day in age. Lmao is not something you should be offended about.
You know how you laugh at something in real life, because you're in disbelief? Yea that's the form of which im using "lmao".
I never have a problem with a back and forth, but I will always tend to give out the same energy the other is putting out
You are the "historian". You tell us bro.historian said:
How often does a first year coach get honored as CoY?

Unlike many of you, I did not attend LSU. I have driven through Baton Rouge many times heading over to NOLA. Nice enough place to stop for a chicken tender. Other than that, never thought about the place much.
I went to college in Waco, a small city between Dallas and Austin. I only wish some of you would visit. You might fall in love with it. I lived in Arizona for years so I still follow the Wildcats. I grew up next to Notre Dame so have to follow the Irish. I root for various other schools, sometimes for no reason at all really. So I get it, many of the LSU fans on this board, may find themselves checking in on a little school like Baylor on occassion.
For years, I absolutely loved our womens basketball coach. She did some great things and put our school on the sports map. If she had retired or maybe gone to a tiny school for a challenge or to the WNBA, I would have absolutely kept rooting for her. Unfortunately, she chose to leave my school for what she thought was a better opportunity for her so, in effect, a better school. At that point - that very moment in time that she made that decision - my interest in how she does dropped to absolute zero. Let me put this in Kimspeak. It would be like if Kim's ex cheated on her but kept calling her for a booty call. It would be kind of sad for Kim to keep saying, sure come on over, I missed you. Can you imagine how bad she would feel about herself. It would probably mess with her mind so much, she would take it out on her next husband.

Where did I say only my point is valid lol? Never said you much like other posters like to twist peoples words. You're still hurt hurt because I put you in your place last time and your egos still having a hard time accepting that. I fully support CNC and BU but I get a real kick out of posters like you and others trying to discredit the turnaround at LSU. That's what legendary coaches do they win. LSU was never going to fail as bad as y'all wanted her to fall flat it was never going to happen. Don't preach to me about what you're hearing other BU fans say at games because those fans aren't me. Get some thicker skin if that stuff bugs you.

She "went home". LSU is the closest school to her hometown, and mom.
She left you. She stopped dating you....not the reverse. But glad you can keep your pride in the situation by deflecting somehow that you stopped dating her.BUAL said:BobWillis said:Do you read english? At least a little? Apparently not.BUAL said:

I do read English AND I also read people. When my girlfriend leaves me because she wants to go "home", I stop dating her. Anything other than that would make be a stalker. So my question for you is, do you love LSU or Baylor more? Here is an English word for you... worship. I love my school more than I worship a coach.
