Nah LSU was a 20 plus win team last year apparently they just had that bad of a coach. At least that's the vibe I'm getting from some on here. I'm sure she who not be named had nothing to do with their turn around

Also, Blackie not to derail the thread, but If I remember correctly, last time you felt as if I were coming for you after replying to every time "you" quoted me. If you're going to quote me again, I hope that you don't go that route again as if my replies to you are harassing you.

If we can have a civilized back and forth, then so be it.
"Lmao" is not the way to have a civilized discussion.

I don't agree with a poster's opinions on some things, but I don't question their right to have them or to make fun of them. Everyone deserves that much respect on the board, regardless of how much an opinion given in good faith differs from one someone else might have. Much of what is said on these boards concern topics which are highly subjective. That is always going to lead to different opinions usually because different posters are looking at situations in a different manner. Sometimes after consideration of other's opinions I come to the conclusion that I was wrong in my assessment, but making light of someone's opinion or dismissing them out of hand is not a good way to have that discussion that leads to a change in their evaluation of the topic in question.

It's a new day in age. Lmao is not something you should be offended about.

You know how you laugh at something in real life, because you're in disbelief? Yea that's the form of which im using "lmao".

I never have a problem with a back and forth, but I will always tend to give out the same energy the other is putting out
Brother.....you 've got more energy than me. -

Oh come on Blackie, let's get energetic! Gotta have fun these days

A better question, in my mind, is who will be the B12 COY. I think game on Monday at ISU will decide it. Fennelly or CNC

I think there have been great candidates for this award and if i was to put like my top picks together it would be
Oklahoma coach
Florida Coach
LSU coach
they would be my top pics for the award because of the major changes they have made for their program

Coach Nicki is who i am gonna go to war behind when I am on those stands or viewing from home if there was a way everyone could lose and baylor wouldn't i would pick that. She is doing great things for a long term program here at our university and the way she wants the program to be. I think the big family feel we get to see now we are having Alumni day that is going to be great to continue the family feel. The way she fights for the attendance to keep growing every game. We do not go to a big state public university so there are not as many students as the other schools they continuously compare us too. But being second in Student attendance in the first year means something is going right and i would have to think number one is when we played Uconn here in waco the year we won the national championship. If we can keep coming out for these ladies it's going to bring big recruits it is gonna bring more wins the girls will have another motivation to win it will be a highlight for this university who I believe is the best all around athletic department in the country right now. If we want that to continue we have to show out as fans.

Unlike many of you, I did not attend LSU. I have driven through Baton Rouge many times heading over to NOLA. Nice enough place to stop for a chicken tender. Other than that, never thought about the place much.

I went to college in Waco, a small city between Dallas and Austin. I only wish some of you would visit. You might fall in love with it. I lived in Arizona for years so I still follow the Wildcats. I grew up next to Notre Dame so have to follow the Irish. I root for various other schools, sometimes for no reason at all really. So I get it, many of the LSU fans on this board, may find themselves checking in on a little school like Baylor on occassion.

For years, I absolutely loved our womens basketball coach. She did some great things and put our school on the sports map. If she had retired or maybe gone to a tiny school for a challenge or to the WNBA, I would have absolutely kept rooting for her. Unfortunately, she chose to leave my school for what she thought was a better opportunity for her so, in effect, a better school. At that point - that very moment in time that she made that decision - my interest in how she does dropped to absolute zero. Let me put this in Kimspeak. It would be like if Kim's ex cheated on her but kept calling her for a booty call. It would be kind of sad for Kim to keep saying, sure come on over, I missed you. Can you imagine how bad she would feel about herself. It would probably mess with her mind so much, she would take it out on her next husband.

CNC should be in the running for Coach of the year What an amazing turn around from last to first. Deplete bench. Looked what happens to our men team after the injuries. Short bench even with the best players effects your play. Coach Drew and CNC for national basketball coach of the year. I am so psyched for Baylor athletics. The best AD. Best coaches Baylor is Just rocking it. I would of bought tickets and travel to watch our bears under KM but not a penny goes to KM At lsu. Waste of my money and time I'm in love with same Christian college in Waco and that's an forever thing. Folks can move on to lsu but I only betting on that university on the Brazos in Waco.

Both Collen & Drew deserve national CoY but probably won't get it. I wouldn't be surprised if the Coach K lovefest goes there as well.

the crazy thing is she moved on obviously but yet our fans can't seem to do so it is hilarious to me. She needs you ti support until she can get baton rouge to fully buy in then she will want ti schedule baylor home and home and sell out against us hoping to beat us which is not likely to happen in my opinion and then just try to rub it in our face i just know it

But that is the lady a lot of you on this board love even if she could not give a care less about you

Pretty sure Baton Rouge is fully bought in buddy. If you don't believe me just look at there attendance numbers
Brusinbear2001
How long do you want to ignore this user?
I saw lol but the numbers they had before and the records they had before any wins is great all she had to do was win 10 games and she was jesus walking across the mississippi river. it's LSU a big city in Louisiana with a greater student population then we have, fans go to everything even sell out for gymnastics. Here at BU you have to win a national championship before you get recognition unless you are the football team but we are texas so that makes sense why that has a good crowd.

The fans think she truly cares if they support her i think she does it to make them feel she does but doesn't really care either way. Either way it is crazy how they support someone who left and want her to succeed even if that means we fail. ( not talking about you because you seem to think everything is directed at you) Nicki coaches and they try to trash everything when she has a close loss like the one against oklahoma in waco. What more can she does as a coach they make two more free throws they win the game. But no the fans for baylor believe it is all on her. And you can say that isn't true but I went to that game say behind individuals in a specific section close to the bench that were in baylor gear. Saying queen you suck, We want Kim all these things and if you can tell me how that is positive for the athletes we support them i guess you are super smart i don't know. The athletes acknowledge that they here all the negativity and the baylor fans come with it more. We are in first in the big 12 when people thought it was just going to be middle of the pack type of team and they still try to drive the mental health of our athletes and coaching staff to the ground. I went to the game last night and that was the first time i saw a great crowd that wasn't students even though it can be more it was good and i we had that kind of crowd with the students that came to the texas game every game we would have one of the hardest places to play in the country. And you can't say the coaching staff and athletes have not tried to engage with the people in the community the season ticket holders everyone. So what is your point on that? Cause you seem to be the only one that gets to have a valid opinion on the forums
IowaBear
How long do you want to ignore this user?
Where did I say only my point is valid lol? Never said you much like other posters like to twist peoples words. You're still hurt hurt because I put you in your place last time and your egos still having a hard time accepting that. I fully support CNC and BU but I get a real kick out of posters like you and others trying to discredit the turnaround at LSU. That's what legendary coaches do they win. LSU was never going to fail as bad as y'all wanted her to fall flat it was never going to happen. Don't preach to me about what you're hearing other BU fans say at games because those fans aren't me. Get some thicker skin if that stuff bugs you.

you haven't clearly stated it but the way you carry yourself on this app is arrogant that's my opinion. And those fans give me the same vibe at the games that you give on this app. Those fans only stood up to clap for Kim winning in 2005 that's the only thing they seem happy about. If we don't have the same opinion as you it is wrong. Like who cares if they already believe the refs are against us it is dumb to say that cause how do we know. Now there has been this season bad calls all over the nation that is basketball. You have to be able to overcome that to win a national championship hints why we lost last year because we relied on that call. If we make free throws we win there is not ever one moment at the end of the game that makes you lose ever. It is building throughout the game. So that point they made was dumb but you always come after everyone EVERYONE if they do not believe what you believe ( once again you haven't clearly stated that but the way you comment on here makes you seem to carry yourself that way.) I always thought you were a troll honestly for Iowa State just waiting on our downfall without Kim. But that is my opinion and i'm probably gonna get told how i am so wrong. And no your comment never made me shy away from the app but everyone that hated this program got quiet when we went on a huge winning streak and even more silence when they are playing for a Big 12 title that everyone believed they would never have a cha be to get. When they went and swept texas a lot of people believed that would not happen. You cannot deny i am a supporter of the current Baylor Womens basketball team. I am glad that Nicki embraces our past the way she does. She wants BG's Jersey retired, but what she won't do is not be herself and i love that with her. I love the style, i love the family atmosphere, i love how she left espn in on her life and our team even when this year was going to be the toughest she did it for us so we can understand her more. She has recruited well I can't wait to see how she attacks this portal. She her staff have made Queen look great this year what posters believe was impossible, she has instilled confidence in our athletes. She has found the way to make them hungry and make them want it. I'm glad you love KM and the past the way you do it is great, i did too but like i have moved on KM is in the Hall of Fame if she didn't win at LSU we would all have a lot of questions. The game is growing when you think about it and we see proof of it i'm glad that it is cause this sport is important for all girls and even boys every where learning this game and having more exposer is important.

Baylor WBB fans who haven't moved on and can't support CNC are such an outlier, yet we spend a disgusting amount of time talking about them. Who cares?

And just because some Baylor WBB fans, me included, appreciate Mulkey's coaching job in Baton Rouge- So, what? Anybody that is a fan of women's basketball appreciates what Mulkey has done at LSU. Who cares?

We are playing for a conference title tomorrow night. Why do we keep circulating this bad drama.

She left you. She stopped dating you....not the reverse. But glad you can keep your pride in the situation by deflecting somehow that you stopped dating her.

And, I don't worship any sport, athlete, or coach. But of course you don't know me anymore than I know you. You read way too much into people and their opinion posts on this site. You should stop that, it's only upsetting you.

Good luck bro
