Queen did not make the all Rookie team.

Instead they gave that last spot to Sam Thomas

She averaged less than 5 minutes a game, averaged 0.4 pts per game and 0.2 rebounds per game.

WOW!

No disrespect to Sam but shooting 21% from the field while averaging 0.4 points, 0.2 rebounds and 0.3 assists in 4.9 minutes per game does not scream all-rookie team.

Queen shot 44% from the field while averaging 7.2 points, 6.3 rebounds and 0.9 assists in 21.8 minutes per game.

Something else must be at play here. Maybe they can't have 2 from the same team?

I was wrong about Queen being on the AP team.I had seen her name on a wnba rookie first team;it was the Bleacher Report team reported by Jackie Powell.That team had both Smith and Egbo.Maybe Egbo was not chosen by AP due to Indy's poor record.
