The two best parts of that interview were how astute and honest Caitlin was with the analysis of the loss. She owned up to it as a team leader. The other part was how a 2nd year coach acknowledged that Bickle "plays for the name on the front of the shirt" more than anyone she has known.

When her (Bickle) days are done at Baylor, I know she will find success in whatever she does as she truly never stops competing.

I hear you Nicki! This one tears out your soul. Can't imagine how the players are feeling. Just totally lost our composure. Brutal loss!

AC Tony Greene & Caitlin Bickle

HC Nicki Collen stated
"There's a reason Caitlin's good, because she takes her craft seriously.
She doesn't get away with being good because she's faster or stronger or quicker.
She's good because she studies and she cares and she wants to make the right play."
