They are. Better than I thought. Caitlin Clark is incredible!
Everybody is talking about Kim's colorful attire, and no one is mentioning that Dawn Staley is wearing a jacket the color of a dirty diaper.
Watched her a ton through HS ball here in Iowa, she's just an incredible talent
Can you imagine her and a healthy Paige on the same team?

Would be a sight! I swore during the E8 they mentioned Van Lith and Clark on some team together. I could be mistaken, but I imagine that was a salty team if I heard that right
She was a center, Gustafson. Lauren and Kslsbi kept her in check I believe
We ran Iowa and their star was nothing like CC. USCe was competitive but fairly comfortable win from what I remember. Was SC regular season or tourney? I remember T'ea being interviewed after the game for SC and being pretty unhappy.
That's her. She was very good but we had Kalani Brown, Lauren Cox, DiDi Richards, Juicy Landrum & NaLyssa Smith. What an impressive team!! I'm so glad I was able to watch them play in Waco a few times.

They played USA basketball together. That's when CC began to show out. Paige was on that team too.

We need more height. Their 2nd chance opportunities are incredible.
Think they're playing exactly how they needed to tonight to even have a shot. They're just daring SC to shoot 3s not even guarding them. And getting out in transition any chance they get. Long ways to go but damn we're nearing the point where a monster upset is at least possible

We beat SC by 22 in the sweet sixteen and Iowa by 33 in the elite 8 in 2019.
I thought we ended up winning big but was either team close in the first half? Maybe my memory is too rusty. I'm probably thinking more of the FF game vs Oregon. I remember Inescu giving DiDi the "stink eye" after a foul. It's amazing some of the details I remember & some things I don't!

Oregon game was back and forth. We took control in the last 3 minutes or so. The other two were over by the 2nd quarter.

Iowa is going to end South Carolina's season. Curious that USC loses because of their defense. It's pretty cool that Raven is shooting 3s better than she has all season.

The difference between points is just the 4 missed free throws and Iowa being perfect. That is the score difference.

BU's win streak in 2012 ended at 42 with the loss to Stanford in the 3rd game of the 12-13 season.

Why is that? I do not understand the thug's thing. It is kinda stupid in my opinion. Is it because we don't want to give a team credit for hitting us in the mouth? I remember watching that game and I recently watched it again. The thug's comment is just lame in my opinion.

Will be interesting to see CKM's game plan for Iowa and Caitlyn Clark. They are a very good team. I feel like it is a better match mentally for LSU since they had a significant loss to South Carolina in conference, but containing Clark will be a big challenge.
Glad to see Dawn Staley lose. Her unwillingness to apologize to BYU, after it was clear that the racist accusations against the school were based on a hoax, revealed a person lacking character. A horrible example for her student athletes. Good riddance to the perpetuator of hoaxes.
