I think these next two games will be pretty telling. If we can manage to win both, then I will be pretty optimistic about our chances of being a top four team in conferenceand ending up with a relatively good seed. Certainly, we would like a top four seed, but I think it will be hard for this team to get there unless we finish really strong and beat the majority of the ranked teams in conference left on our schedule. UCLA would certainly be a big task and improbable, but anyone can have a bad day and hopefully we'll be much more in sync when we play them. Certainly, I do think we will improve having Aliyah here as she becomes more accustomed to our style. She stated defense was the hardest thing for her to pick up now but if and when she does, she has the capacity to be a great defender. If we split games, I think we will continue on a trajectory similar to where we are now. If we managed to lose them, both, I will be disappointed in the team having expected much more. Let's go!

I thought BU was starting an important 5 game stretch with the Colorado game; they could hopefully get a win streak going before the matchup with Ucla (which I think is important). Good start with the CU win, now the 2 in Arizona will be key before coming back home for Utah & UH.
A 5 game win streak is doable, avoiding slow starts in these games will be key.

Baylor is heavily favored in this game. I was just checking my phone a few hours ago and they were projecting BU as an 82% favorite. I really think that's a little high. But from what I've seen of both teams I certainly think BU should win. I watched AZ play UNLV and Tarleton and they looked quite impressive. Then I watched when they played N. AZ and wow, I believe the bench could have played better than the starters. So they are sort of a Jekyl & Hyde type team this year.

Neither AZ or AsU are any good. There's no reason for BU to not sweep the trip out West. The league is loaded with bad teams. These are two of the many. No excuse to not take care of business this week. And I think CNC and crew do just that.
