She did mention that Hannah Gusters is off UCF roster.

One of Kim's biggest recruiting disappointments.

Listening to the last question and answer, I can't help but come away with the feeling that NIL is really hurting our recruiting. Still don't have any facts to make a true call on it, but it sure sounds like we are playing with a shorter stick in that category.....and it sounds like it is a big factor in where kids go.

Seems like you are right blackie. She also said there is no "B" list. That she can shop the portal and get a "A" list transfer if she doesn't land "A" list freshmen.
Hadn't thought of that approach to recruiting…makes sense

Also thought it was interesting to hear CNC say she fought hard to keep Sytia at Baylor when she took the job. Perhaps that was well-known to others, but first time I had heard it.

I think there are a lot of things we hadn't heard that was and is being done that she gets criticized on this board for not doing.

Yes…and she said that Sytia made the right decision for her becoming a head coach again.

If so, then this problem falls squarely on the shoulders of the athletic director. And that is not at all hard to believe, given his well-documented resistance to support even the football team with NIL prior to this season.

It does, but if the money isn't there, it isn't there. You can fault him if he hasn't tried to get it, but do you know that for a fact? And the light came on for football. Are you still going to condemn him because of mistakes in the past that, at least in football, are now corrected? Be glad the light came on. It does no good to dwell on past mistakes.
