So, a couple of days ago bought some tickets to Sunday night's game on Stubhub, Section 210, Row 10. $19 per ticket processing fee. This morning I get an email saying I've been "upgraded" to row 15 in section 221. This is despite the fact there are actually better seats at a lower price now available. I find the StubHub customer service number and call. They can not move me to the better seats and truly "upgrade" me. Instead he offers me a $25% voucher. I decline and ask for a refund and purchase the better seats. But I have to wait for a refund.

I really hate the secondary ticket market, it inflates the prices of tickets. Please bring back ticket scalpers roaming around the outskirts of the area. :-)
