Our offense is not good ,we have to stick it out this year with the pgs we have, but we have to attack the portal for a good athletic pg. Ines is a good player but she has too get used to the college level, we need a veteran pg thats ready to take over next year bc its not her.


Also we need a athletic scoring 3 player, marcayla is not doing it for me personally. Ting is good, but her shot hasnt been falling and is a liability defensively. we need a player we can pass too and trust on offense


Cant wait for lorena awou next year bc she is a better player offensively than kyla and kj, baylor fans will see next year. Kyla cant make a layup or get a and 1 for nothing kinda tired of seeing it.


Taliah doesnt have much freedom teams now know how to gaurd her, Nd with the players we have offensively around her isnt gonna free her up, marcayla, jana, kj,kyla,ting,ines,ella,kayla, sh*t the whole team.


Buggs and bella are going to be hard to replace bc of what they have done for baylor over the years, but we have to get elite players, since we have no recruits coming in.

I am a big BU fan. This team seems like there is no consistency. Is there something missing from a We/Me mentality. We don't seem to be working as one.

Gelabear, All of us on this site support this Lady Bear team, win or lose. And we all support them in different ways. Unfortunately for me I can only support this team sitting in front of a T.V. screen. But I digress.. Some of us, myself included, tend to rush to this page before we cool off and voice our aggressive opinions. WE all just love our Lasy Bears and expect a lot from this program. Because our Hall of Fame coach has moved on is no excuss for bad basketball. We are Baylor and have to do better.

Go ahead with your moan and grown party. It just sounds a whole lot to me like 'I wish things were different' or 'if they only did it my way we would be so much better.' The point I wish people would stay away from, because I feel like it does absolutely no good, is that they want different players.
And since it's seems OK to express opinions on this board, I think that wishing we had different players is harmful. We have who we have and all the pontificating in the world is not gonna change that. So when we have posts that are specific to particular players, I think it is harmful and maybe a bit creepy. It isn't "constructive criticism" to wish we had a different player. We don't. Do I wish our players had strong hands with a softer touch to make bunny shots? Sure I do. Did I think they needed to be better at the free throw line? You bet. Take advantage of things that are free.
There's a lot that goes into putting a team together AND we have a good team. If we had a different player, maybe that one player is more talented but does it change the team for the better? Maybe but maybe not.
I leave you with this folksy idiom: Wish in one hand and 'spit' in the other and see which one fills up faster.
