With Mitch Thompson taking over the reins as Baylor’s next head baseball coach, there is hope on the horizon for the future of the program.

Back when Thompson called Baylor home from 1995 to 2012, it was what one would consider the “glory days” of BU baseball. Those years featured a College World Series appearance in 2005, three conference championships, three hosted Super Regionals and many packed games at Baylor Ballpark.
