Walk-Off Weekly: Bears Swept by Mercer, Shutout Rice

It was an up-and-down week for the Baylor baseball team. After being swept by Mercer in an ugly showing, the Bears bounced back and picked up a shutout win over Rice on Tuesday night at Baylor Ballpark.

The weekend sweep to Mercer marks the second time in four series that the Bears have been swept. In the three games against MU, Baylor was outhit, 35-to-18, and outscored, 24-to-9.
