Not really. Looks like a pretty good hire.

Sned is a great hire and should help turn the pitching staff around. Players love playing for him and he will also be a key piece in recruiting. He recruited my younger brother to Lamar some years ago and he was one of the reasons my brother chose Lamar over some other P5 schools. Excited to see what he does in the green and gold.
