This is a really nice win. I am not sure about making the tournament but it is certainly the best win of the season.

I dont see this single win being enough to overcome an otherwise pretty average at best season. Its a big win but its 1 game out of 40+

huge win yes. Doesn't excuse pretty terrible softball many other games though.

It's all about RPI at this point. Texas tech was number 11 in RPI prior to yesterday. Baylor was 41 in RPI. Strength of schedule shouldn't be an issue at this point.

I don't think this win gets BU in. Hopefully I'm wrong. I think a win tomorrow absolutely gets them in.

Yup 8. Baylor's in 6th at the moment. No idea what would happen if ASu and bu would finish with the same conference record

This win gets us back on the bubble.

A win tomorrow or 1 in the conference tournament would put us in.

After 7-17 over the last 6 weeks, it would be a nice surprise to make the tournament.

The series against Houston looks worse by the second. Had Baylor swept UH or at least won the series we'd be having a totally different conversation.

And we did this without one dollar of NIL money. Let that set in. The only money SB gets for the next 9 yrs. is the court settlement amount that BU gives them. Of the 40+ million annually, FB gets about 30 million. That leaves 10 million for every other team which MBB and WBB leaving about 1 mil for the remainder. Let that sink in. Repeat-no NIL money and a piddling amount of settlement money. And for the naysayers Glenn is going to be at Baylor as long as he wishes.
