Kyle is in the field for the Barracuda Championship (opposite the WGC St Jude). This is the tournament where the scoring is for points - get points for birdies and eagles, lose points for bogeys and worse, no points for pars. Last year +47 was the winning total.

Kyle is at +3 points after his first 9, not too bad (those finished at +6 are about 20th). The leader had a great day (+18) and 2nd is +13.

They stopped play for the day due to lightning; Kyle is at +5 pts thru 11 holes

Kyle finished round 1 at 5 pts (T40th). Today he's at 4 pts (9 pts total) thru 17 holes, but play is suspended for lightning again. He's hit his tee shot on 18 just waiting to finish that 1 hole.

Kyle finished at 11 pts thru 2 rounds (T47th), he will make the cut by 3 points.

Kyle ended up getting 7 points in round 3 to stay about where he was after day 2.

Day 4 different story; Kyle shot lights out with 8 birdies and ended up with 14 pts for the round (the 3rd best total of anyone all week). Currently he sits tied 5th with 32 pts.

As others have finished, Kyle is now T15th; still a very good tournament.

Kyle is playing the Wyndham Ch. this week needing a great week to jump way up into the Top 125 for the 1st playoff event (He's at #187 right now).
