Elon has a known affinity for jalapeno poppers at George's (when he comes to town to visit SpaceX). Just be sure they don't get his order mixed up with yours.

Could be a gift to other Republican primary candidates as well if Trump overplays his tweets.

I do wish Trump would campaign.... for other Republicans becoming President.

He might change his mind, but when this idea was floated a week ago, Trump said he wouldn't rejoin Twitter and was staying with Truth Social.

Yeah, right
"In the brief, we explain the core irony of Texas's efforts to ostensibly prevent the "silencing of conservative viewpoints" by social media companies. To defend its law, Texas has in fact adopted a politically progressive and historicallydiscredited legal theory. This theory argues that the First Amendment allows the government to seize control of private media platforms in order to guarantee that they host the speech the government prefers. In fact, this is a distortion of the First Amendment, which only protects private speech from government censorship."

Cato about their amicus brief.

I've probably watched CNN 15 minutes this year and Fox 14 minutes. Both a waste of time.

agreed, i look at 3 or more sites that have opposing leanings and at least one international if they carry it. Both sides twist and spin or leave stuff out.

I would think yes, if someone is paying for ad space. Similar happened in the print news media when Gannett and Knight were forced to admit they were inflating circulation to justify advertising expenses.

None of this is terribly shocking. Just like FB had its correction a few months ago. Twitter believes it has 1 million users and that's how it sells ad space. In reality, it probably has 250,000 with the balance being fakes and bots that will never purchase a product.

something interesting...

since I did this, and took away the Twitter directed timeline... i no longer see posts by Amy Padgitt in my timeline.
I had to go look her up, to see if maybe she quit Twitter or something... but no, she is still posting all the time. Her stuff just isn't popping up in my timeline anymore... funny that.
