Glad you saw the grandkids months ago. My kids are excited. Middle son is starting QB on the 8th grade team. Youngest son just finished baseball season. Oldest son is on cross country, and they started training this past week. And then of course drama starts up for him in another couple of months. He's got the lead in the play this year.

Grandparents are excited to come out and support them at all of their sporting/extra-curricular events. Dad often times drives down from Dallas. They wouldn't miss it for the world.

They lived in Moody and Gatesville. I saw them every two or three months. Time with them was special. I helped Pawpaw feed the cows and he showed me how to shuck corn. My rich grandmother taught 5th grade at Gatesville. I used to help her sort papers and read papers to her when she was grading. My great uncles took me fishing and taught me to drive a standard and how to change the oil on his truck. My grandkids have a similar family experience. I taught Nathan how to saddle and ride a horse. Welker and i discuss Tolkien. The girls and i arent as close. They are younger and into dance and cheerleading . Stuff i try to show an interest in but really dont lnow.

Trump's policies worked, and if we had Trump's second term instead of Biden's Faceplantalooozza we'd be hearing the media whine about his tweets while paying $2 for gas and seeing our savings grow in the bank.
