Big question is the why? I agree that the Dems could have easily covered this up to where it never would have seen the light of day. I think Joe's "momentum" after the lackluster midterm results for the Republicans lit this fuse! Most Democrats in recent weeks have said "I will support Joe Biden" in his 2024 run. His cognitive abilities seem to fade a little more each day. The Dems finally realized this and realized he will get crushed in 2024 by anyone with functioning brain. They have all but cut Joe loose. ...It is unclear why personal counsel and not the FBI was searching through this material given the earlier filings and disclosures. There also would appear a third discovery of classified material.

This all sounds like part of the plan. Biden was talking about running again and they do not want that to occur. He probably has endless amounts of dirt they can uncover so they hit him with some documents and now he cant run again after an independent counsel goes after him. The little detail you seem to ignore because it excuses Dear Leader's crime is a president has a right to materials and to declassify them. A pointless vice president does not. There also is the documented corruption of Dear Leader and his Crime Family's connections to Ukraine, Russian, and China.
