Correct: it's only because of the timing of Carter's death and has no other meaning. I am somewhat curious as to the extent the fascists propagandists will make hay over something so silly during the day. If they do, they will only make bigger asses of themselves than usual. At least we will be entertained by the likes of Scott Jennings who will point out their stupidity. Quite literally, Jennings is now the only reason to watch CNN and that's mainly for the entertainment value.
