Judging by the size and style of the beige suit lapel in the background, that's from some time between 1994 and 1997.

regarding the classified documents found at Mar-A-Lago. No specifics available yet.

The Biden Administration, Department of Justice, the FBI, and CIA are rotten to the core. If they are not careful, they may get to see what a real insurrection looks like. The Deep State is alive and well. I do not like Donald Trump, but this is a sad day for our country.
Trump brought this on himself. No one else to blame.
Strange how Biden isn't facing similar similiar charges .

Really believe if Obama had held the exact same documents at his house, this current Democratic administration would have filed similar charges ?

Of course he's not! It's his DOJ, you have to really step in it to investigated by your own DOJ!

When Trump had the juice he oet HRC walk and didn't do anything in Hunter. All he did was a heavy handed attempt that ended up in an impeachment trial! . He is getting a lesson in politics. Biden won't think twice of bringing the hammer down. GOP needs better
So this obvious double standard of 'justice' is ok with you ?

They should all be prosecuted if there is evidence.

But, apparently for some reason, which may include there was not enough evidence, Trump's DOJ chose NOT to prosecute. There is no quid pro quo in our law. Or, is that what you are saying, that because Trump didn't prosecute Hillary or Hunter he should get a pass??? The Special Prosecutor found 37 items that bear scrutiny.

We have an indictment on the table, that is the issue. What Trump's DOJ is really not relevant to this situation.

I was wrong, Garland did appoint a Special Counsel in January on this same issue. Now, what has the Special Prosecutor found on Biden? Smith believes Trump did something illegal, hence the indictment. What has Hur said? A bit premature on the Biden piece. Will be interesting to see how that plays out.

Ok, Gaetz. Why didn't the GOP investigate and indict Hillary, Hunter or even Joe? They had 2 years of Senate and HOR control? A Special Counsel was a no brainer, easy. Hell, they got one to investigate Trump? If there is so much evidence to indict Hillary and company why wasn't it done?

The only thing I can come up with is that they couldn't prove it. If they could, they would have.

First, there is absolutely no chance that Biden's DOJ will provide the evidence needed for a Special Counsel (and not only should Joe's SC have been appointed long before it was, but where is the one for Hunter?) to dig into Joe's frankly well-known criminal behavior.

Let's not forget that the FBI defied a Congressional subpoena in order to defend Ice Cream Joe.

Let's not forget that the first Impeachment of Trump accused him of doing what Biden - on video - openly boasted of doing.

There is absolutely no chance you are anything but a Democrat, because no one but a Democrat believes Joe Biden is innocent.

And once again, it's in no way true to claim Trump had 2 years to go after Clinton/Biden. from the start, RINOs refused to cooperate with Trump's agenda, it's frankly amazing to see how much he accomplished with all the roadblocks placed in his way, and for which TDS'ers falsely blame him.

If you really want the GOP to nominate someone other than Trump, you are doing exactly the worst thing you could do.

Yeah. It is more likely that there was a conspiracy between RINOS and Democrats to get poor Donald?

Come on, the simplest solution is usually the right one. If they had Congress and the Executive Branch and didn't indict, it was because they couldn't. The evidence was not there. That is a much more probable answer than that there was some vast conspiracy between the Dems and GOP to protect Hillary and Joe. Now who is looking like the tin foil hat zealot?

Garland appointed a Special Counsel against a sitting President of his own Party. Let's see what comes of it.

Funny, Rosenstein appointed Mueller, I guess he was against Trump even though he was nominated by him and wrote the Comey Memo?? You guys ever think that Trump does bad ***** Seems an awful lot of circumstances having to be explained by conspiracy against Donald.

Is upholding the rule of law really going scorched earth? I thought it was the norm. Maybe not for politicians, sure, but again, normally.

Trump is banking on his political following to keep him out of trouble, and you have bought into it. I have sways said that while running for office, if a serious candidate, you should more or less be immune to immediate prosecution. Once Hilary secured the nomination, for example.

However if you are running for the position you recently lost, to an elderly man with dementia no less, you should not be immune to prosecution. If politicians running for office were always immune, they would run for office every chance.

Probably what Trump will try. And if he was the sitting President, I'd be against it. If he was trying for President the first time, I'd be against it. But he cannot evade justice forever.

Nobody should be able to. Only the true zealots of the country think their dear leader should be above the law. Stupidity knows no bounds.

Then why hasn't Biden been indicted for insanely corrupt crimes we have proof of?

If you think the application of law isn't biased or fair then you're bat**** crazy. Either be against Biden like you are with Trump or shut the f up.
Isn't there a special counsel appointed on the Bidens?
We have enough info already to impeach him and charge him for crimes.

So why the special treatment?
Appointment of an independent special counsel removes supervision of the AG.

Republicans have a majority in the House of Representatives. Why don't they impeach Biden? Could it be they don't have the votes?
What is the benefit of an impeachment that is DOA in the Senate?

When your only defense is that a Clinton did something similar you are probably on the wrong side of history.
She did something MUCH worse than what Trump is being accused of.

Joe Biden committed bribery in a pay to play scheme. Not a peep from your bleeding heart leftoid ass.

You love that they're taking down Trump and not applying the law to themselves. It makes you giddy.
didn't t**mp have every opportunity to take down HRC?
Trump is his own worst enemy. He didn't have the balls to go scorched earth while democrats obviously do.

Because they hate Trump. They will watch Trump get destroyed while doing nothing and love every minute of it.

Politics isn't dem vs GOP. Hasn't been for a long time. Its about protecting the ruling class.

Those that like Desantis, do you not realize they will treat him exactly the same as Trump or worse?

If you think this helps, you're not seeing the big picture.
