When people boarded up their businesses ahead of the 2020 election, it wasn't for fear of Republican rioters.
If only they would've boarded up the Capitol...
Trump suggested more security, Pelosi refused. Democrats needed that 3 hour unarmed tour in order to deflect from 8 months of democrat terror all across the country.
Kinda weird how quiet Trump was during that 3 hours...
Well, he tried to tweet out a plea for peace but Musk had not bought Twitter yet so leftist censorship was still rampant. Funny how vociferous in their support democrats were during the 8 months of rioting...
Lol right, because Twitter is the only way a president can make a statement announcing his withdrawal as a candidate.
FIFY
Careful you don't trip with all that pivoting
Twitter is the only way Biden announced his withdrawal from his campaign, so it's not so much a pivot as it is pointing out the gaping hole in your theory.
Again, that has no relevance to this. Trump did use Twitter throughout the day, but he didn't tell his supporters to leave the capitol until after 4PM, hours after the rioting had begun.

Instead of telling his supporters to go home, he attacked his own VP, Which his staff had said was the last thing that needed to be tweeted at the time.

Despite being begged by Republican Speaker of the House, Kevin McCarthy to tell them to go home, Trump supported the rioters and gleefully watched on TV.

Again, why didn't he tell them to leave the capitol and go home until hours later? He was clearly using Twitter no problem.
How should he have told them? Telepathy? Should the secret service have taken the president to the capitol to speak to them over a megaphone? Maybe he could have had a few hundred tv sets delivered to the capitol and then given a televised address? Or he could have handwritten hundreds of cease and desist letters and dropped them over the crowd from a hot air balloon?
Our vibrations were getting nasty. But why? I was puzzled, frustrated... Had we deteriorated to the level of dumb beasts?

1. If they were engaged in an armed conflict to overthrow the U.S. government by force, how would they have time to look at Twitter numbnuts?
2. Did he attack his vice president during the armed conflict to overthrow the government or before?
3. Can you share your photo of Trump gleefully watching on TV?
4. He did. You just believe the Russia Hoax was real and the Hunter Biden laptop was fake.

Did Joe Biden or Kamala Brown ever tell the Burn Loot Murder crowd to go home? What did they do when they attacked the White House?
You're listing a ton of stuff I never said. We have eye-witness testimony that Trump was gleefully watching TV drinking a diet coke. Has he denied it? What do you have proving he didn't?

A group of pro-Trump supporters forced their way into the capitol building during the certification of votes. This we agree upon yes?

They all had phones, they were taking pictures and videos, they probably have Twitter notify them every time Trump tweets. If Trump tweeted and told them to go home they would've got the message.

So just answer my question instead of bringing up a bunch of your go-to talking points. Why did Trump wait hours to tell his supporters to leave?

It hasn't. His tweets got over a million likes, his "calls for peace" ring hollow after the violence had already begun. By the time those tweets went out the capitol had been breached for 25 minutes and FOX news was airing footage of tear gas and the police being overrun.

His own White House claimed that those tweets were insufficient because they did not instruct the rioters to leave.

He was begged to tell them to go home by his own staff and party. I'm going to keep asking this until I get an answer. Why did he not even TRY to tweet to tell them to go home?

25 minutes? You're whining about 25 minutes? He specifically told them to go home but he was blocked by Facebook and Twitter. You can keep ignoring the facts you dislike but that won't make those facts go away. Of course his calls for peace ring hollow when you've just spent your last brain cells claiming he made no calls for peace at all.

Lol does your brain only comprehend 1 to 1 comparisons? I'll make it simpler for you: if the Dems told the BLM rioters that forced their way into a police station to be peaceful, but not to go home that'd be okay? If you answer my question I'll answer yours.

We both agree that you can't peacefully occupy a building you fought the police to get into, right?

If it's just a simple google search that he told them to go home before 4PM then show me. My google is not showing me anything that proves that. Maybe it's a Big Tech conspiracy...

He had access to twitter. Why didn't he tweet it? He's the president with a press and media team. His supporters in the capitol all had phones. Why did he not even TRY to tell them to leave?
That's been addressed. Leftist Twitter and Facebook removed his calls for peace and blocked Trump.

Source for the bolded part? He told them to go home before 4PM?

You'd agree that Dems telling BLM rioters to be "Peaceful" after they've already burned down a building instead of telling them to go home would be insufficient right?

What building did the January 6th people burn down? As far as Trump's calls for peace and going home, is your Google broken? It's not classified information. You'd agree that Trump bailing Jan 6th folks out of jail would be the opposite of telling them to behave peacefully, right? Because Kamala and other Democrats paid the bail of BLM rioters.

Oh, so now you've moved the goalposts from "Trump never tweeted anything!" to "Trump never told them to go home!" to the current "Trump never told them to go home...before 4pm!" Democrats supported BLM while they occupied city blocks for days on end. They never told them to go home. They also supported blm while they burned down police stations, burned down businesses, looted businesses, attacked and murdered bystanders. They. Never. Told. Them. To. Go. Home.

Man I hate when people who don't understand economics and political spectrums parrot the left and right wing stuff. Fascism as defined today, and really as seen in history, doesn't fit with the left wing to right wing linear ideologies.

The idea behind fascism being to the right is based on it being at the opposite end of the spectrum of socialism. But those two are much closer in ideological effect, than either is to "conservative / classical liberal". Fascism sprang from socialism, and that ideology is antithetical to being a conservative in many ways. Also in case you're just a Google copy pasta guy, Populism and Nationalism is not Fascism.

Additionally, discussing fascism today is a joke because it does not have a consistent meaning. It changes based on the year and desired audience. Today it's focused on populism because it fits the desires of our media. BTW, in the 80s, the Democrats where the populists. Up until Billary sold out the blue collar workers that is.

So Trump DID post tweets calling for peace, and Twitter did remove them the same day. Just like Trump DID call for PEACEFUL and PATRIOTIC demonstrations before some of the crowd went to the capitol. Interesting. Thanks for clearing that up. Democrat didn't put out ANY tweets for 8 months that condemned BLM violence. Instead, democrats outright supported BLM, even bailing out rioters. Kamala Harris gave her own money to the cause of bailing out BLM rioters.

And the reason Trump was relegated to Twitter was the constant parsing and lying about his statements by the vast majority of mainstream media. It was his method of direct communication with America. Biden, on the other hand, has every means of communication open to him and still chose only to use Twitter. Hmmmm

Trump suggested more security, Pelosi refused. Democrats needed that 3 hour unarmed tour in order to deflect from 8 months of democrat terror all across the country.
Kinda weird how quiet Trump was during that 3 hours...
Guess Trump wasn't quiet during this 3 hours after all...
Three tweets, one attacking Pence and none telling the rioters to go home is pretty quiet for him
lol
He told them to demonstrate peacefully, but he didn't account for the FBI provocateurs in the crowd, apparently. 200 agents, a Twitter ban and extra security requests denied by Pelosi. You can stop pretending to care, now.
The Twitter ban didn't happen until two days AFTER January 6th. So you are incorrect there.

Is this the part where you're going to tell "me no, they were all actually Antifa, wait they were actually 200 feds. Wait, actually Ray Epps caused 2 thousand people to storm the capital.

Do you have anything to back up the 200 agents provocatuers that hasn't already been debunked?

I'll stop pretending to care when you stop pretending that Trump cares. He doesn't even pretend, if he did he would have told them to go home immediately. Why do you think he waited 3 hours?
Oh right, they just took down his tweets on January 6th but didn't ban him until two days later. Big difference...
Again, feel free to fact check me. There were 200 undercover FBI agents in the crowd that stormed the capitol. Facts matter.
They weren't removed until hours after the rioting was over... correct me if I'm wrong, but is your argument that Trump didn't tweet telling the rioters to go home until 3 hours later because he thought that his tweets would eventually be deleted and his twitter banned?
Yes, you are wrong. He tweeted at 2:38pm to stay peaceful and respect law enforcement. After 8 months of nationwide violence and two years of Covid fear mongering and restrictions by democrats some people couldn't handle the chicanery of democrats during the elections. With 200 undercover FBI agents in the crowd, a mere tweet was not going to stop the madness.
But Trump tried anyway. Democrats never tried to calm the BLM riots.
We both agree, even if you won't admit it, that you can't peacefully trespass in a building that you forced and fought police to get into. His tweet wasn't sufficient for his own staff and it shouldn't be sufficient for you. Why did he side with the rioters when Kevin McCarthy begged him to tell them to go home?

I'm not a Democrat, but a simple google search proves that you are once again wrong

He had access to twitter. Why didn't he tweet it? He's the president with a press and media team. His supporters in the capitol all had phones. Why did he not even TRY to tell them to leave?
That's been addressed. Leftist Twitter and Facebook removed his calls for peace and blocked Trump.

Do you support police shooting and killing unarmed citizens?
In certain circumstances yes.

Can you not think of a situation where you would support police shooting an unarmed citizen?

That's a cute "fact check" but they lost me at "A fact-check from The Washington Post in June found that there was no link between violent protests and antifa." June 9th, 2020 democrat were kneeling while wearing Kente clothes draped over themselves in solidarity with the BLM rioters.
"It's a very delicate balancing act because while we try to make sure that they were protected from the cars and the other things that were going on, we also gave those who wished to destroy space to do that as well, and we work very hard to keep that balance and to put ourselves in the best position to de-escalate." Baltimore mayor.

Kamala Harris supported funds that paid the bail of rioters, the Minnesota Freedom Fund (MFF), which pays criminal bail and immigration bonds, and encouraged her supporters to donate to it during the protests over Floyd's death in the summer of 2020.
Our vibrations were getting nasty. But why? I was puzzled, frustrated... Had we deteriorated to the level of dumb beasts?
