Christians voting for the progressive groomers should be ashamed.

Fathers voting for these groomer politicians should be ashamed.

They are confusing kids in elementary school and promoting transitioning. Greater numbers will follow.

Truly sad for America.

Get your kids out of any progressive school, because it will affect them.

This is a serious problem. The TDS "Christian Repubs" are part of the problem. They roll over for progressives because they think it unseemly to fight them in words and deeds.

Ugh, not surprising sadly.

Just learning about this, I wonder if she was a student? Traditional Christian schools absolutely need to screen who they let in. Kick out those that don't align with the school beliefs.

Christians can be welcoming and loving in person and in their communities. Schools though absolutely don't need to accept everyone.

Madison Police Chief Shon Barnes says it was not clear if Abundant Life Church School shooter Natalie 'Samantha' Rupnow was transgender and that it does not matter.

Barnes slammed speculation over Rupnow's gender on social media after he was asked about it.

'I don't know whether Natalie was transgender or not. And quite frankly, I don't think that's important at all,' he said.

'I don't think whatever happened today has anything to do with how she or he or they may want to identify.'

He added that it didn't really matter for the time being and that it was 'just not helping.'

'For what we're doing right now, today, literally eight hours after a mass shooting in a school in Madison, it is of no consequence at this time (what gender the shooter was),' he said.

Yes, discussing the shooter's mental illness is off limits. We need to focus on how we can use this shooting to infringe the rights of law abiding citizens.
Our vibrations were getting nasty. But why? I was puzzled, frustrated... Had we deteriorated to the level of dumb beasts?

We've gone from the original Christian church doing (and still doing) this to being seeker sensitive and letting trannies in our schools.

Church is not primarily about evangelization. It is about the already evangelized worshipping He who called them. Our schools are not about evangelization. They are basic training for the next generation of God's army.

Yea

People literally have forgotten one of the major roles of a Deacon was to guard the doors and keep order inside the Church during the service...and keep people out who were not authorized to receive Communion

[The fourth-century Apostolic Constitutions instruct the Deacon to guard the door during the service and to maintain order among those attending the services.]

It's of course no "coincidence" that this type of mental illness has gone from statistically 0% to over 3% in recent years. it's another sad and tragic example of what happens when good people stand idly by and do nothing.

Every progressive voter did more than nothing, they supported the groomers and most argued for them.

Then there were the never Trump "conservatives" who were also the same people defending laws/policies that allowed men to use women's restrooms. They too were enablers.

He doesn't think it's important "at all" that this poor childs mental illness maybe just maybe contributed to the tragedy that just occured. It certainly does matter.

I don't think he meant that it didn't matter at all, but rather, this is not the appropriate time for dissecting the root causes of the tragedy; at least by people responsible for managing the recovery. The time for analysis will come soon enough. The PT Barnum's of the media world always want to wrap up the narrative before the next spectacle hits the cycle and that is not the job of the Police Chief.

Pretty crazy, isn't it?

Social media and easy access to it has ruined this country, if not the world.

In the US though, especially, there is an increasing hands-off approach to parenting which is only adding fuel to the fire.

This problem is starting in the home, and now we have schools that respond to it by attempting to normalize it. Either for fear of hurting the kid's feelings, being "inclusive," or drawing ire from the parent.

It started out as teachers being pulled aside and told that these kid were going to start coming into their classrooms so be aware of it and ready to handle whatever comes from it (bullying, etc.). Teachers might even be expected to use certain pronouns...at the request of the parent.

But now we're starting to see schools embrace it and consider it as actual potential curriculum inclusion.

Sorry, but no.

It's a difficult situation to be in since parents have started letting their kids run amok. And as unfair and as sad as it might be for that one child whose parent doesn't know how to parent, you can't change the whole system for it that easily.

If you're seeing a 6th grade boy who's wearing a dress walk into the restroom while there are primary aged girls in there, I don't think it's out of line, or unsympathetic to question that. And if the pro-trans community can't see that, then they are the ones who need to get a grip. And walk in other peoples' shoes rather than telling the rest of us we have to walk only in theirs.

It sounds like she was not trans, but a radicalized feminist.

And a teacher truly sacrificed her life to save her students.
