Whereas the federal government of the United States was envisioned as a government for, by, and of the people and therefore its employees are employees of American citizens and not its rulers, the following constituonal amendments are proposed.

Amendment 28: In the interests of transparency, the only items that can be given classified status are the names and specifications of military hardware and the names of CIA field agents.

Amendment 29: FOIA requests must be complied with in full within 30 calendar days, and only Classified information may be redacted.

Amendment 30: No person, having been elected to office, may serve more than two terms in that office.

Amendment 31: All Federal employees have a mandatory retirement age of 65.

Might as well throw a 32nd on there to repeal the 17th.

28: No. National security can get pretty broad. This is too tight.
29: Not sure demand could keep up with 30 days. Some people get bored and petty. I've filed an FOIA request before. I got what I wanted. I wish it would have been faster, but I guess I don't necessarily see a problem here.
30: Big fan of term limits. I would go three for the house and two for the senate (everybody gets 12 years).
31: This screams ageism. Government really isn't as old as people claim. The overall makeup of the house and senate are pretty close to the age breakdown of America. I don't want to retire when I turn 65 (I think.) I probably won't work five days a week either, but I will get bored sitting around. Don't make people do anything. That said, SCOTUS needs an age cap. Ginsburg screwed the dems by not retiring during Obama's presidency, and there are a few conservative justices who may end up screwing conservatives in the next few years if they don't retire during a republican presidency.

28. The intent is for it is to be very tight. Right now, the default is classify everything. If there is an other category besides those two, it could be added. But the goal is transparency. Also, a clause could be added that all existing classification status expires after 40 years and cannot be renewed.

29. 90 days then

31. 68 or 70 then. It isn't just the court. Biden, Feinstein, etc.

This on should be first. Here's an interesting article on the issue:

Term Limits

Voter ID

Votes Done Counting 12 or 24 hrs after polls close.

Need some anti-lockdown stuff or anti forced vax ... not sure how to word this one.

Repeal 17th is good stuff.

Edit Add: Land ownership limited to US Citizens.

Better fix the voting garbage we have now before its too late.

28- too restrictive. Like it or not, there are things that should not be available to everyone.

29- 30 is doable.

30- I am good with term limits. Keep in mind it gets rid of good ones too.

31- no mandatory. I plan to go to 72. Don't want someone telling me to leave just because of age.
