Harris is getting 80% of the Philadelphia vote and over 50% of that vote remains to be counted.

Rural vote with the late votes coming in is also going to be very late with the extended poll times and the long lines of cars stretching for half a mile. The County that was extended to 10 pm will give Trump a plus 35K vote count alone.
