Far left pundits are calling for Sotomyer to step down so they can get her replaced on the Supreme Court. That won't happen as the Senate is not in session and would have to be called back. That most likely won't happen during the holiday season.

Since it usually takes months for a nominee to be approved, it's a fat left chance...

If it was going to happen, it needed to happen earlier this year. They waited too long.
