How so?
Having two canals that link the Atlantic to Pacific is bad for us?
(Saw the China post…well Chinese harbors that close to us are just very vulnerable targets if war ever broke out)
Mexico has a plan for a inter-ocean link as well

However there have been other attempts to get this canal underway.....has never happened.
Great place to send our illegals then. Shovel ready jobs.
