Nice attempt at corporate speak by Vox, but the reality is that the length of a procedure is driven by the surgeon, not the anesthesiologist. The gas passer doesn't get to keep the patient asleep for an extra half hour after the surgeon closes to charge more...and if fraudulent billing is a problem, identify and target those who bill fraudulently. Denying claims simply passes costs to the insured to boost corporate profits.

The days of the "rich doctor" is ancient history. The hospital CEO is always the highest paid person in the house.

Yep, I don't want my anesthesiologist to be incentivized to skimp on how much gas I get, lol.

Just more side effects of "Obama care" which was just what the Marxist had been trying to do for a century going back to Wilson.

They kept counting in Minnesota until they got to
60 and passed the most impactful legislature in generations with a bipartisan reach across the aisle 60-0 vote lol
