Now imagine similar scams operating throughout the federal government and in every agency. They all get automatic budget increases every year and always manage to spend every penny before the fiscal year ends. The employees have ultra-generous pay packages & benefits, far better than most Americans and it is very difficult to fire them even for incompetence, insubordination, or criminal activity.

It is a non-profit, it is not a Govt Agency. It is funded through the Private Sector contributions. I didn't see the US Govt give them anything, much less fund the Agency.

So, how is this an example of waste in every Dept? Or how it is relevant to the Federal budget?

Lots of govt agencies do the same kind of thing. They also provide taxpayer funds to NGOs that do all kinds of things, some good but many nefarious.

With a $36 trillion national debt everyone should be concerned about government spending!!!! Our govt is spending us into oblivion and a huge chunk of that is wasted on bribes, kickbacks, & other scams.
