In the next 12-15 years, Covid vaccine lawsuits will make the tobacco lawsuits look like couch cushion change. The government allowed untested and potentially dangerous products by drug companies onto the market hiding behind a cloak of immunity. Even Trump bears some responsibility for this. A court will at some point due to widespread health issues allow those that have been injured (or worse) to sue the U.S. Government.
