If it were a Democrat she would be installed as president and the media would spend four years gaslighting about how brilliant she was and any reports to the contrary were just Russian and republican propaganda

I think it is an outrage. She's been in a memory facility for nearly 6 months. That means she was teetering on needing to be in one for at least many months before (arguably worse than Biden right now).

For that to be hidden by her family, the many aids working in her office and even her Congressional colleagues borders on fraud.

We are to the point where every member of Congress, the Supreme Court, the President and everyone requiring confirmation should be required to pass an independent cognitive exam annually.

It doesn't matter, R, D, I.

It is hard to differentiate between political lies on social media and fact but I keep hearing from those questionable sources that Ann Bennett, Harris County Tax Collector, has not been in her office for four years. I guess she, like many in government, used Covid to continue their vacation while the checks filled the bank automatically.

Someone needs to visit the AG and put this lie or truth to the public.

If true, she should resign immediately. She is drawing a large paycheck from the taxpayers and is unable to do the job. And Biden should have resigned years ago. His family and closest aides should be shamed for the national security risk that has existed all due to craven political and financial advantage. Americans deserve better.

There is something seriously wrong with our system that we have a brain-dead president and multiple brain-dead members of Congress (not counting Maxine Waters and the dude from Georgia that thinks Guam could tip over). It's bad enough with have two Didn't Earn It justices on SCOTUS that could not get into a community college law school.

If this is true, she and her staff should be forced to pay back all of their salary for the last two terms, and her staff should be banned from ever serving on Capitol Hill.

Can we get back to a country where we elect the best and brightest and not Didn't Earn It morons?

And she resigned her chair in March and was present for her portrait unveiling last month. Seems to be much ado about nothing
