We've read and heard that argument for most of 2024, it isn't any more valid now than when the Supreme Court voted unanimously that it was garbage.

Sure, they can peacefully protest, I see no issue with it at all.
But, R's have been condemned for "election denying" for years, way way before Jan. 6th.
So again, what is wrong for the goose, should be considered wrong for the gander.

There may be protests but they should be peaceful. If for some awful reason they are not, the law enforcement people should step in immediately. What I will never understand is arguing January 6 last time was ok. That was a deliberate attempt to vacate the results of the election by force….total abomination incited by President Trump. Part of the genius of our founding fathers was (and remains) the primacy of the rule of law, and not violence, to govern our elections.

That is absolutely true. Trump was still a bad candidate. The Dems put up a candidate even worse.
A couple of points. These guys are not denying the election results. Rather, they are saying Trump is disqualified under the Constitution (Amendment 14) from holding the office. If Elon Musk is elected in 2028, I'll be joining a similar group, so long as Article 2 is still in effect. You probably will too.Forest Bueller III said:
