The cataclysmic weather conditions were not HISTORIC.

They are this way every damned year in the LA area. Super dry vegetation with Santa Anna winds is nothing new.

Having no water resources and having totally incompetent upper management, with the Governor and the Major, that is what is historic.

I heard Trump Kool-Aid mix in it and drank it all himself after asking Mexico to fill it. Now I don't know what to believe.
