So turns out this has been the process to estimate jobs for the last 50 years or so. Revisions happen each year like this, this is just the biggest revision since 2009.

Amazing! Dept of Labor sends out some surveys - that companies may or may not fill out - then takes a wild ass guess of employment which affects things like the stock market, the fed rate, economics, etc.

That's like estimating the football attendance 3 hours before kickoff.

Some deliberation is needed though. Probably need to really think through the why of this one. What is there to gain by attacking Poland? There's no way Russia has the capacity to fight Ukraine and NATO. They aren't exactly crushing Ukraine right now.

Perhaps their hope is to provoke NATO to attack Russia in hopes of drawing China in but I'm not so sure that's what would happen. Iran has their hands full with Israel and none of Russias other partners are really close enough to be of help (if you believe they could actually be of help regardless of location).

On its face it makes no sense.

She got the Folsom Rush, and it is deadly. Dash in close, grab the attacker with your free hand and stab with the other as many times as you can as fast as you can, anywhere you can. It's impossible to defend against. If so attacked, you will bleed. But there is a very small chance you can stop the attacker and start first aid to yourself before you bleed out....IF......the knife did not hit a vital organ.

a human being can cover 21 feet of open ground in the time it takes you to draw & point your weapon......

I read somewhere that he stabbed her three times in the neck area. One of them problem hit a major artery. That's what killed her.

NATO is a the result of a multinational treaty: its an acronym for North Atlantic Treaty Organization. I don't know if they ever agreed on a more formal document to describe the structure.
