It doesn't really matter. They have terribly low reproduction rates and are incredibly homogeneous (they are also some of the most racist people you'll ever meet, like the Klan could take lessons from them on how they talks about blacks and foreigners). The reality is that they won't be around much longer.
Theres a 0% chance they are going to import a bunch of foreigners. If they even try that their new leader won't make it 3 weeks.
