Iraq tried the same stunt during the Gulf War. They "posted" (course then it wasn't posting but you get the idea) all sorts of fake news videos about how we bombed a childrens hospital. They conveniently left out how there were no children but there was a SAM site on top of it.

Yeah, I remember.

The thing that struck me this morning was the tech. In 1990, those crosshairs shown on CNN showing a missile down a chimney were held by troops on the ground lighting it up. Today's satellites and drones made it much safer for troops on the ground. I am sure we have Combat Controllers and JTACS in country (don't even know if they still call them that!), but the tech is impressive.
